Our Practice at Claremont Medical Centre Doctors
Here are some tips to make your experience with us go as smoothly as possible.
Calling your GP
Your GP will try to take your call but may be away or busy with patients. Please let us know if it is urgent.
Please book an appointment to get your test results. Only in rare cases can this be done over the phone, at the GPs discretion.
These must be done during a consultation with your GP. Repeat referrals are given at your GPs discretion and you may be charged a fee.
You must make an appointment to get a medical certificate and, we regret they cannot be backdated.
Recalls & Reminders
Our reminder system is to tell you about recurring healthcare issues such as annual check-ups, care planning and immunisations. Please advise reception if you want to opt-out of reminders. You may be asked back for a follow-up appointment if your GP advises.
Patients will be contacted for recall where clinically indicated.
Email messages from patients will be forwarded to the Doctors and usually read within 48 hours of their next working day.
