Fees

Our aim is to provide our community with high quality care. To continue to deliver the best possible quality of care, our practice will be introducing fees from 1 August 2022.

Reduced fees and concessions may be available to eligible patients who hold a current Pension Card.  All billing is done at the discretion of the individual GPs.  

We thank you for your continued support of our centre. If you have any questions or wish to provide feedback regarding these changes, please speak with reception.

Making Payments

Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners and AMEX cards). All workers compensation and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.

Walk-ins

Please walk-in if you need to see a GP urgently. Please note there will be a fee incurred.

 

Appointments

Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, please book a long consultation. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment.

 

Waiting Times

Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.
