Here are some tips to make your experience with us go as smoothly as possible.
Calling your GP
Most issues are best dealt with in consultation. Please inform our reception staff if your call is urgent.
Please contact your regular GP to receive the results of any tests that were ordered during your after-hours consultation. Please provide the details of your regular GP to our receptionist on arrival. If you do not nominate a regular GP and a review has been recommended we will contact you to arrange follow up care.
Medical certificates cannot be backdated.
Recalls & Reminders
Our medical centre will provide copies of test results to your regular GP for follow up and ongoing care. In an acute clinical situation, or where a regular GP has not been nominated, we may contact you for medical follow up.
