Lakelands Medical Centre Fees & Appointments

Fees and Payments

Fees

Lakelands Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice.  Bulk billing is available for Children under 16years (excepting Dr Grant Dale's patients), Senior Pensioners and DVA Gold card holders.  A fee is payable to Health care and other Pension card holders at concessional rates.  The gap will be kept to a minimum and if you have a debit card the Medicare refund will be reimbursed to your bank account promptly.

All others will be privately billed and Dr Grant Dale will continue to charge his standard price for children.

Medicare cards and concession cards must be presented before each consultation.

Please be advised of the changes in our billings, effective as of 2 March 2020.
