Fees
Bulk billing is available to eligible patients between 8.00am - 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday. Medicare cards and concession cards must be presented before each consultation.

Note: The above fees are for a STANDARD consultation. COMPLEX/EXTENDED consultations may incur a higher fee. Dr Kidd has a separate schedule of fees. Please ask reception if you have any queries.
Payment is required at the time of consultation
Making Payments
If you do not have a Medicare Card you will be required to pay a fee. Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (including AMEX cards). Workers Compensation patients must provide a claim number each time they present for a consultation.
Appointments
Walk-ins
We normally require people to make a booking but we can sometimes help if you walk into the medical centre. Priority is given to people who have made a booking.
Appointments
Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. We are a walk-in medical centre, Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.
Waiting Times
Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.
After Hours
For appointments out of hours, please call DoctorDoctor on 13 26 60.
Home Visits
If you are a regular patient and can’t travel to the medical centre, your GP may be able to visit you at your home. This is at the discretion of your GP.
