Here are some tips to make your experience with us go as smoothly as possible.
Calling your GP
Most issues are best dealt with in consultation with your GP. At times, your GP may be attending to other patients and may need to return your call where possible. Please inform our reception staff if your call is urgent or alternatively, please advise reception if you would like to make an appointment with your GP.
Please book an appointment to get your test results. Only in rare cases this can be done over the phone, at your GPs discretion.
These must be done during a consultation with your GP. Repeat referrals are given at your GPs discretion and you may be charged a fee.
You must make an appointment to get a medical certificate and, we regret they cannot be backdated.
Recalls & Reminders
Our reminder system is to tell you about recurring healthcare issues such as annual check-ups, care planning and immunisations. Please advise reception if you want to opt out of reminders. You may also be asked back for a follow up appointment, if your GP advises.
