Fees and Payments
Aspley Medical Centre offers bulk billing services for children aged under 16. Reduced fees may also be available for pensioners with a health care card and Gold and White card holders where appropriate. Please be aware that billing is at the discretion of the individual doctors. Medicare cards and concession cards must be presented before each consultation.

Integrative Medicine Fees
Integrative Medicine appointments are complex and as such the fees may vary based on the patients' individual needs. For any fee enquiries for Integrative Medicine consultations with Drs McShane, Ryan, Sydney-Smith and James, please contact the surgery and speak with Reception directly.
Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners and AMEX cards). All workers compensation and motor vehicle accident patients are required to provide a letter of liability and claim number from their insurance company. If you do not have this information at the time of your consultation, please provide your Doctors’ name and Aspley Medical Centre’s details to your work place or insurer.
This centre operates on an appointment basis. Walk-ins are accepted, however there may be an unavoidable wait as priority is given to patients who have a booked appointment with their GP. All patients should present to reception with their current Medicare Card.
Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.
Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, please book a long consultation.
At times you may experience a waiting period due to GPs tending to urgent or complex medical issues. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If you are a regular patient and can’t travel to the medical centre, your GP may be able to visit you at your home. This is at the discretion of your GP.
