All workers compensation and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.

Appointments

Walk-ins

We accept appointments and walk-ins, however, priority is given to people who have made an appointment.  GP availability will affect the number of walk-ins we can accept due to time constraints, however, we generally accept walk-ins between 9am and 12pm Monday to Friday. At times, there may be a long wait for a walk-in; at other times, the doctor may only be available to accept walk-ins until a certain time due to other commitments.  Our reception staff will do their best to accommodate everyone, however, it is always best to try and get an appointment with your doctor to ensure you are not disappointed.  If you are a walk-in but require urgent medical care, please notify the staff at reception who will have you triaged by the nurse on duty.

Appointments

Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, please book a long consultation. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.
