Appointments for the COVID-19 Vaccine
Appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine can only be made online for this practice.
Once you have confirmed your eligibility for the vaccine, book online with EasyVisit and click on COVID Vax Dose 1 appointment. Do not proceed using any other appointment for the COVID-19 Vaccine.
Due to limited availability, we can only offer vaccines to existing eligible patients of the practice.
Revesby Family Clinic
Revesby Family Clinic is open 7 days to provide healthcare for your family. Our GPs offer a range of services including aged care, chronic disease management and skin cancer checks. Our medical centre has a treatment room for immunisations, wound management and minor procedures.
Please note, we are NOT accepting walk-in patients until Friday 16 July.

Please advise at the time of booking if you have been in an area identified as a COVID-19 hotspot in the last 2 weeks or you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
It is recommended that all patients attending for a face to face appointment wear a mask.
