Qualifications: MBBS FRACGP

Dr Margot Wood graduated in medicine from Sydney University in 1989.

She has worked as a Doctor in hospitals around Sydney and London, including Westmead Hospital, Gosford Hospital and Nepean Hospital.

Margot has a particular passion for women’s health and has a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health from the Family Planning Association. Margot has 30 years’ experience in General Practice, including nearly 20 years at Mosman Medical Centre. She is passionate about health and provides personalised and professional care.

Margot’s passions outside medicine include travel, photography and art. She has been a keen member of her book club for over 20 years. Make sure to ask her what book she is reading at the moment! She has a wonderful husband and three beautiful children, as well as a labradoodle called Teddy.
