Welcome to Glendale Medical Centre
Glendale Medical Centre opened in 2013 to provide healthcare to the local community. Our GPs provide a number of services and we have treatment rooms for minor procedures, wound dressings and vaccinations.
It is recommended that all patients attending for a face to face appointment wear a mask while inside our practice. Please bring your mask with you if you have one. Thank you for your understanding.
ALERT: If you have flu-like symptoms, including a fever, cough, headache, sore throat or shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste it is important you seek medical care early as these may be COVID-19 symptoms. Please contact us via phone prior to making a booking or visiting the medical centre. Please advise at the time of booking if you have been in an area identified as a COVID-19 hotspot in the last 2 weeks or you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
To help maintain physical distancing within our centres, it is recommended that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless it necessary. Thank you.
Glendale Medical Centre acknowledges the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work.
