Please be advised that there will be a $40 charge for no shows for booked appointments or cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the booked appointment. The $40 fee must be paid prior to the next appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours' notice. Thank you.

Medicare cards and concession cards must be presented before each consultation.

Telehealth

Patients calling for Telehealth Appointments must have been seen by a GP from our medical centre within last the last 12 months. Private fees also apply for Telehealth consultations. They are considered a standard appointment and are charged at the same rate.

Making Payments

Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners and AMEX cards). All workers compensation and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.

Appointments

Walk-ins

We normally require people to make a booking but we can sometimes help if you walk into the medical centre. Priority is given to people who have made a booking.

Appointments

Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, please book a long consultation. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.

Telehealth

If you are a regular patient and you’re unable to travel to the medical centre, telehealth services may be available. Telehealth services are at the discretion of your GP. Please contact the practice for more information.

Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.
