Our Practice

Our Doctors have been working in the local area for over 20 years and are dedicated to providing their patients with the best possible care. We have Doctors at our centre that speak English, Vietnamese, Dari, Persian, Urdu, and Hindi.

Our friendly reception staff are always on hand to assist patients with all their enquiries.

We have a modern treatment room onsite with registered nurses to assist the Doctors in treating the patients ranging from wound dressings to vaccinations/immunisations and so on.

After hours:

For after hours services please contact our practice on (02) 9207 4100. Our After Hours Services are provided by Doctor Doctor, who can also be contacted on 13 26 60.

Recall/Reminder System:

Our centre participates in state reminder systems which inform you of recurring healthcare issues such as annual check ups, care planning and immunisations. Please advise Reception if you do not wish to receive reminders. Patients will be contacted for recall where clinically indicated.

Telephone Policy:

Most issues are best dealt with in consultation with your Doctor and he/she will endeavour to take your call where practicable. At times, your Doctor may be attending other patients and may need to return your call. Please inform our Reception staff if  your call is urgent.

Test results and Referrals:

Test results can be obtained by consultation with your Doctor. Referrals to specialists must be made during a consultation and will not be provided from a phone request. In unavoidable circumstances Doctors may be able to provide repeat referrals or scripts, however this is done at the Doctors discretion and may attract a fee.
